Homilies are attributed to him, but most of them are doubtful; from them as from those of Ælfric written for Wulfstan, many details of English law were derived. A homily on the millennium in English alliterative prose, styled Lupi sermo ad Anglos [Wulfstan's address to the English], is usually ascribed to him.
